Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit CourionAI, on what legal basis, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Principles

We keep data collection to a minimum. This website uses no advertising, no tracking, and no analytics that identify you. We do not sell or share your data.

3. Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). When you visit, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, the requested page, browser type and time of access, in order to deliver the site securely and reliably. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as a processor under a data processing agreement; where data is transferred outside the EU, it is safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Cookies

We do not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. Because no consent-requiring cookies or similar technologies are used, no cookie consent banner is necessary.

5. Fonts

All fonts are hosted on our own servers. No connection to third-party font providers (such as Google Fonts) is made, so no data is transmitted to them when you load a page.

6. Contact form

If you use our contact form, we process the name, email address and message you provide in order to handle your enquiry. Form submissions are processed and delivered to us by the service Web3Forms, which acts as a processor. Legal basis: your consent and the handling of your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). We keep this data only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up.

7. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address to send you the newsletter and the offered guide. Sign-ups are currently handled via Web3Forms as a processor; we plan to move to a dedicated newsletter service (MailerLite) with double opt-in confirmation. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time, for example via the link in each email or by contacting us.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. You may withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it). To exercise your rights, contact us at the address above.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the site develops (for example, when the newsletter service or online sales go live). The current version always applies.

This policy was prepared by the operator. Before commercial launch (e.g. selling hardware or courses), we recommend a review by a qualified data-protection professional.
